This is the exact system from my marketing agency experiment: AI picked the niche, built the offer, made the ads and runs the fulfillment, and I made the calls. Every prompt is below, generalized for your own agency, plus the DM, the cold email and the cold call script that finally got a yes. You need the Claude desktop app and a free account on Whop.
Day 1 · Step 01
Let AI pick the niche
Don't start with the niche you like. Give Claude the goal, your constraints and your location, and let it research who pays for ads and who is easiest to sell to this week. Mine came back with something I would never have picked: med spas. The logic held up. They're high margin, they're independently owned so the owner can say yes on one call, and the doctors are with patients all day, so nobody is making their ads.
I want to start a marketing agency and see how much money we can make in 7 days. We'll go to local businesses, make their ads and run them on Meta. I'm based in [CITY, STATE].
Research the best businesses to target and the best offer we can create. Look at Meta ad libraries, big agencies, and what people selling agency offers are doing right now. Decide whether we just make the creatives, or make the creatives, run them, build their Facebook page and deliver the end result.
Come back with the single best niche and offer to make the most money as fast as possible in 7 days, and explain why.
The 3 rules I ran under: the AI makes every decision, $500 total budget, and no existing network. The last one matters most. If you have warm contacts, use them. The playbook still works without them.
Day 1 · Step 02
Build an offer that pays for itself
Don't sell "Instagram ads for med spas." Sell the most in-demand treatment on their menu. The AI picked GLP-1 weight loss (Ozempic and similar): huge demand, and it needs a prescription, which med spas with licensed physicians can provide. That's why ads can run to their practice.
For pricing, a brand new agency has no proof, so keep it simple: $1,500 a month flat. $1,200 goes to ad spend, $300 is your fee. The margin is small on purpose. When the ads work, the client spends more, and you make more. It only works because AI does the design and campaign building, so there's no payroll to cover.
We're targeting [NICHE] in [CITY]. Which single treatment or service should our ads focus on first? Pick the one with the most demand and the highest value per customer that [NICHE] can legally advertise.
Then price the offer for a brand new agency with zero clients and zero case studies. I want one flat monthly price that covers the ad spend plus our fee, so the client has one number to say yes to. Show the split between ad budget and fee.
Day 1 · Step 03
Website, brand kit and domain in an afternoon
Start from the marketing agency website template on Whop's AI website builder and paste in what your business does. While it builds, have Claude write the site copy and build a brand kit from the best agency sites. In 10 minutes I had a name, logo, color palette, fonts and brand assets, which I gave back to the website editor to redesign the site.
Build the PRD for the landing page + offer + copy so I can build my website with the Whop AI website builder. Offer: [YOUR OFFER FROM STEP 2]. Audience: [NICHE] owners in [CITY]. Sections: hero with the offer, what they get, how it works, examples of our ads, pricing, and a book-a-call option.
Now build me a high end ad agency brand kit, taking inspiration from high end ad agencies from the past and modern ones today. Include: name options, logo direction, color palette with hex codes, font pairing, and brand assets I can hand to a website builder.
Buy the domain on Vercel and set up Google Workspace on it so you have a real email address (you@youragency.com). You'll send every cold email and approval link from it.
Day 1 · Step 04
Take payments and book calls
Two buttons on the site: one to pay, one to talk. Most owners will want the call first, but some will just pay. I set up a $1,500 monthly payment link on Whop through the CLI and a free Cal.com account for the booking link.
Using the Whop CLI, create a product called [AGENCY NAME] with a $1,500/month plan. Create a checkout link that redirects to [YOURDOMAIN]/welcome after payment, and put it on the site as the main "Start my campaign" button.
Here is the embed code for my Cal.com booking link: [PASTE EMBED CODE]. Make every "Book a call" button on the site open it as a popup.
Check the total on your own checkout before you share it. Whop renewal plans charge the initial price plus the first renewal at checkout. Mine briefly said "$2,000 due today" for a $1,500 plan. The fix is an initial price of $1,000 plus a $500 renewal, which comes to $1,500 today.
Whop · Partner link
Website, checkout and ads in one place
The template, the payment link, the ad generator and the Meta campaigns all run on Whop, and the CLI lets Claude do the setup. Free to start.
Start your agency on WhopPartner link. I earn a commission if you build on Whop. It's also genuinely what I used in the video.
Day 1 · Step 05
Make proof before you have clients
Owners want to see what the ads will look like before they pay. So make the ads first, from what is already working. Have Claude study the Meta Ad Library for your niche and sort by the ads that have run the longest. Ads still running after a year are almost always the profitable ones. Its report becomes your creative brief.
Research the Meta Ad Library for active US ads from [NICHE] about [SERVICE]. Sort by start date and focus on the ads that have been running the longest, since those are the most profitable.
List the most common offers (ranked by how often they appear), positioning lines, creative formats and tactics. Tell me what the longest-running ads all have in common, what they avoid, and what almost nobody is doing yet.
Paste that research into Claude Code and let the Whop ad generator do the rest. After a few rounds of iteration I had a set I was proud to show.
[PASTE THE AD LIBRARY RESEARCH]
Generate 20 ad creatives using the Whop ad generator. Use a different angle for each one from the research. Keep them generic (no clinic name) so I can show them to any [NICHE] as examples.
Check every image before you use it. The generator sometimes misspells on-image text and invents words you didn't ask for. Rerun the ones that miss. For medical ads, keep what the long-running ads avoid out of every prompt: drug names, before-and-after bodies, and "lose X pounds in Y days."
Day 2 · Step 06
Design the AI-native fulfillment
A normal agency hires a designer to make ads and a media buyer to run them, so every new client means more payroll. Build it so AI does the delivery instead. You scale like software but get paid like a service. Have Claude map the system first, then build it.
Here's the flow mine runs:
- The client pays the $1,500 subscription and lands on a 6-question form.
- Claude uses the answers to make custom ads and sends them to the client for approval.
- Once approved, Claude creates the campaign and sets the budget, targeting only people within 10 miles of the practice.
- When someone taps the ad, a lead form collects their info and sends it straight to the front desk's phone and email.
The client sets up nothing. They call the lead, book the appointment and close.
Map out the system architecture for an AI-native ad agency for [NICHE]. When someone pays on Whop, they fill out an intake form. We use their answers to generate custom ad creatives with the Whop ad generator, email them a preview link, and let them approve or reject each ad with feedback. Approved ads go live on Meta through Whop in a 10-mile radius around their business, with a lead form. Every lead is texted and emailed to their front desk.
List every component, the tool for each, and the order to build them in. Turn it into a PRD I can hand to Claude Code.
Day 2 · Step 07
Build it: pay, approve, launch, deliver
Paste the PRD into Claude Code and describe the approval flow in plain words. This is the prompt I used.
Let's build the automated fulfillment process. When someone pays, it opens an intake form. We take these answers and plug them into our ad generation system so it makes custom ads for their brand, then email them a preview link for approval.
The preview link is on our website as a logged-in account using the email from the intake form, with magic links so there's no password. All ads are selected by default for "approve all." They can deselect and reject any, and type what they don't like in a text box. Use that feedback to generate replacement ads. Approved ads start running immediately.
Once the first set is approved, create a new Whop business for the client through the CLI, create their Facebook page with their logo and banner, and set up the campaign.
Create a new business as a sub account named after [CLIENT]. Make a logo and a banner for the Facebook page. Set up the ad campaign within a 10 mile radius of [CLIENT ADDRESS], [BUDGET]/day, with a lead form:
Intro: "[OFFER]. Takes about 20 seconds. We'll text you to set it up."
Q1: What are you most interested in? (multiple choice: [OPTIONS])
Q2: [ONE QUALIFYING QUESTION]
Contact: first name, phone, email.
Required consent checkbox: "I agree to receive texts and calls from [CLIENT] about scheduling. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
Every time a new lead comes in on [CLIENT]'s lead form, text it to [FRONT DESK PHONE] with Roezan and email it to [FRONT DESK EMAIL]: name, phone, their answers, and "Reply or call them within the hour." Then send me a test lead so I can see it on my phone.
Let the Facebook page finish setting up before you create ads. Whop creates the client's page for you, but it takes a few minutes to go live on Meta. Ads I created before that sat in "processing" with $0 spend for days. Editing each ad's text resubmitted them.
Day 3 · Step 08
Build a local prospect list
You could pitch the whole country, but with 7 days, go local. People trust people like them, and "I'm in Palo Alto" gets a Palo Alto owner to listen. I used to spend 4 hours a day finding prospects. Claude in Chrome built my list in about 30 minutes. Then cut everyone already running ads, so you only pitch people who need you.
Make me a prospect list of every [NICHE] within [50] miles of [CITY] in a Google Sheet: business name, owner or doctor name, website, Instagram handle, phone, email, and city.
Check each one in the Meta Ad Library and remove every business that is already running ads. Sort the rest by who is most likely to need our service.
Day 3 · Step 09
DM and email every prospect
Before you send a single DM, fix your Instagram profile. The first thing an owner does when a stranger messages them is check the profile, so it has to match what the DM says. Then hit every prospect from every angle: there were only about 60 in my area. I had Claude send each one a DM and sent 50 cold emails from my Google Workspace address through the Gmail connector.
hey! I'm local in [CITY] and I can get your [NICHE] more clients by running ads on Instagram
I make simple ads for [SERVICE 1], [SERVICE 2], etc, run them, and the leads go straight to your phone. nothing to set up on your end
I'd be happy to make you 3 ads for free so you can see what they look like. want me to send them over?
Subject: 25 new patients for [BUSINESS]
Hi [FIRST NAME],
I made 3 Instagram ads for [BUSINESS] in [CITY] this week. Want to see them?
Quick context: almost all of your patients are on Instagram, so I run simple ads for [SERVICE 1], [SERVICE 2], and your other treatments. When someone taps the ad, their name and number go straight to your phone and inbox. You just reply.
Nothing to set up on your end. I make the ads, run them, and send you the leads. First month is typically around 25 new leads, and if you don't get more paying patients out of it, I refund you.
Reply "yes" and I'll send the 3 ads over.
[YOUR NAME]
[TITLE] @ [YOURDOMAIN]
[PHONE]
Using my prospect list, send each business the 3-message Instagram DM above from my account, personalized with their city. Then send the cold email to every prospect with an email address from [YOUR EMAIL] through the Gmail connector, personalized with their business name, first name and city. Log who got what in the sheet.
Make the 3 ads before anyone replies. When someone says yes, send them their ads right away. Free work up front is the reason they answer at all.
Days 4-5 · Step 10
The math says pick up the phone
Day 4: one reply by email, one on Instagram, and it was the same person. On day 5 she saw her ads, said no thanks and blocked me. So I asked Claude how many messages it would take to land a client. The answer was about 300 emails, which doesn't fit in 7 days. The faster path was my biggest fear: cold calling. It's illegal to have AI cold call for you, so this part is on you.
I've sent [X] DMs and [Y] cold emails and gotten [Z] replies. How many messages do I need to send to get one paying client? I have [N] days left. What can I do to make it go faster?
I procrastinated for 4 hours. I talked myself into "broadening the market," bought a new domain and started building a site for home services. Halfway through I realized I was doing busy work to avoid the scary thing. My first call didn't go well. By day 5 I'd made 15 calls, and 2 receptionists wrote down my info for the doctor. I also watched a cold calling tutorial from Jordan Platten and realized my pitch was way too long, so I cut it down.
Here's my cold call script: [PASTE]. It's too long-winded. Rewrite it so I get the receptionist or owner's attention in the first 10 seconds, state the offer in one sentence, and end with a yes/no question. Keep it under 30 seconds out loud.
Busy work is the most common way to fail this. Building a second website felt productive. It was avoidance. When you notice yourself doing it, pick up the phone.
Days 6-7 · Step 11
Make the offer impossible to refuse
Day 6: people were listening, but nobody said yes. A doctor called back, heard a rough pitch and asked for my website, which is usually a polite no. The problem wasn't the calls anymore. It was the offer. I was asking strangers to pay a stranger with no proof.
So give before you ask. I rewrote the script to run their ads free for the first 5 days. Free leads, nothing to set up. I went from avoiding calls to laughing on them, because who says no to free leads?
Hey, do you have capacity for 5 appointments this week?
I'm doing an experiment to see how many [SERVICE] leads I can send a [NICHE]. But I need an actual [NICHE] to send the leads to.
I'll pay for everything and there's really nothing to set up on your end.
Are you against me sending you 5-10 leads this week for free?
[If yes] Okay awesome, I'm gonna make the ads right now. I'm actually only doing this for 1 clinic since it's an experiment.
On day 7 I hit the phones early, and the 6th call of the day said yes. We agreed that if it went well, they'd keep working with me. Yes, I'm fronting the ad spend. But even if they never pay, I now have a case study, and that makes every client after this one easier to sign.
The hardest part of a new business is having no proof. Don't try to convince strangers to trust you. Remove the risk instead, then let the results do the selling.
Day 7 · Step 12
Onboard, launch and prove it
Get the phone number and email they want leads sent to, and agree on the service to advertise (ours was GLP-1). Then fill out your own intake form with their info. That triggers the whole fulfillment system from Step 7. Within 20 minutes I had their ads ready to approve, and they approved them the same day. Claude created the campaign, connected the lead form to their phone, and I sent a test lead. It worked.
Send a test lead text for [CLIENT] to [MY PHONE] in the same format the front desk will get, clearly marked TEST, with a fake name and a 555 phone number.
Four days of ads later: 9 leads on $200 of ad spend, and 2 booked appointments. They told me they want to continue, and we have a call at the end of the week to move them onto the $1,500 a month retainer.
What slowed me down
- Waiting on DMs and email. At local scale, the reply math doesn't work in a week. Call on day 3, not day 4.
- Busy work. Four hours and a new domain spent avoiding the phone.
- Asking for money before proof. Nothing moved until the offer became free leads.
AI did the building, the ads and the delivery. Getting the first yes was still on me. Everything in Steps 1-9 is now a few prompts. The calls in Steps 10-11 are the part that separates the agencies that exist from the ones that don't.
Your turn
Your first client is one phone call and one free offer away.
The whole system: AI picks the niche, the offer pays for itself, a template site and a payment link go live in an afternoon, you make proof from the ad library, the fulfillment runs itself, and you call until someone takes the free leads. The tools are available to everyone. The phone is the part most people skip.
